Such a dud...

Me, that is! Every time I want to blog or think I should, nothing happens. I wish I had lots of fun stuff to talk about, but sadly...not much..

We did go to Big D over the weekend and had lots of fun. Our Friday started off hot and humid. So we spent most of the day in the backyard...swimming. I couldn't bare to put my whole body in the pool, just the toes. But my girls went right for it. I just sat there and took pics. Went out for a nice dinner and then stopped by and said hello to the Mustangs in Las Calinas.

Saturday we grabbed the clubs and hit the course. It was a great day for golf, but terribly slow. We managed to get through 15 holes before calling it a day. That's what you get for playing a municipal course. Then it was off Jamie's favorite restaurant...Mercado Juarez. I think I spelled that correctly. The fajitas were good. And finally ending our fabulous day together was the 'Baby Mama' movie. Funny. Those SNL girls are hilarious.

Sunday was the big day for the Texas Rangers Baseball game. We woke up to COLD weather. Windy, too. YUCK. We grabbed blankets and sweatshirts and said what the heck. IT WAS FREEZING...for me anyway. I'm a big baby, though. The game was pretty fun, but the girls did not care whatsoever about it and wouldn't sit still for nothing. We threw in the towel early on that game, too. The Rangers were kicking the Twins you know what anyway!
