That's correct! Jamie mentioned that there was going to be a Sonic float in the parade a few days ahead. I told him the girls would probably love to ride on it, if they could. Then the night before I asked him what the game plan was and he said I was riding too!!!!! Huh? I wasn't that excited about it. I kind of wanted to be out in the crowd taking pictures. But whatdoyaknow??? I ended up on the float after all. And I had fun! Jamie took this picture of Bella and me...not good since the sun was right in our eyes and it hurt like heck to try and look up at him!!

The girls had the best time throwing the Sonic mints to everyone.
*LaLa and Papa came to see us, as well.

** The rest of the day consisted of a pool party, with lots of relatives and neighbors, all day swimming, yummy hamburgers and much more. This pic below is my father-in-law goofing around with the frog, since we had just had our picture taken (above) and he didn't have anyone to take a picture with!!

Oh riding a float must have been so much fun for the girls! I agree I would have wanted to hide and take pics too. LOL! Looks like everyone had a great day. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. So glad you are all getting to spend it toghether.
Love that you're rockin' the Sonic float! One of my fave fast-food gigs by far! Glad you had a fun 4th of July!
