Busy...

around here!
.
Been cleaning up the house, packing, organizing, preparing for our stager who is coming in the morning to help us get our house in tip top shape for selling again! We're trying out a new realtor...SHE'S GOING TO SELL OUR HOUSE, I tell you. She's got a team of people working with her and one is a stager. I am really looking forward to her coming. She already came for her preview and she had so many great ideas and suggestions on how to make things more appealing to a buyer. Seriously, why couldn't I think of it? It seems so common sense after she tells you what to do! But she's coming to change things around. She told us our house will look different when she's done. That's A-Ok with me!! I'm planning to take some BEFORE pictures and then when she's done I'll take the AFTER pics for you to see! Wish us luck!!
.

Now that my feet and back hurt like heck from working on this house for 14 hours (I did take a break for lunch and dinner and I helped my girls with their shower and bedtime...but that's about it) I can now sit down and post a few layouts from the other day. I only have a few to show for now. I'll save a few for another day :-) Here ya go...
.

* This is an old layout...just couldn't figure out what to do with it anymore, so here it is...as is!
.
Oh ya, do you remember the hurricane that hit my scrapbook room? Well, I finally cleaned it up. Took a long time, but it's finally where I want it. Pretty bare, but you can't have too much stuff out when you're selling!

That's it for tonight. Gotta lie down and rest the belly and baby. Real quick, Bella has decided that the baby is HERS. She wants to kiss it (my belly) many times a day (so sweet) and when I tucked her in tonight, she said that it's her baby. "Yes, OUR baby" I said. NO! She said, "MY baby!" OOOOOOKkkkkkaaaaayyyyyy then. We'll see how she feels when it actually gets here :-)
Good Night y'all (I won't get to say that for much longer).

Love you pretty new pages, Gina! Good luck with the home stager. My parents hired one before they put their house on the market in Dallas. I can't believe how different their house looked after the stager was done. But, they're still having a heck of a time selling it. I guess it's just a rough market right now. Best of luck on selling yours! I hope you get to North Dakota soon...what an exciting move!
