A Week in the Life...10-07-08

I'm giving this a real shot today (so inspired by that Ali!!!!)...

• Lauren came in this morning about 15 minutes before alarm. Snuggled in our bed for a few minutes trying not to wake up daddy. Finally got up to have some breakfast.
• She had a Dora yogurt cup and I had a big glass of O.J.
• She started drawing while I cranked up my computer to check emails.
• Jamie got up to help make lunches (since he got to sleep in yesterday!)
• Finished getting Lauren ready - dressed, bed made, teeth brushed
• Bella finally woke up about 7:05 - she hardly ever sleeps later than Lauren
• Daddy took Lauren to school @ 7:25
• Bella had strawberry bread for breakfast (thanks to Lala)
• We chilled out on the couch watching Super Why or something
• Called my mom...talked for a long time
• Jamie took Bella to pre-school
• I went through bills, paperwork, artwork, baby stuff - sorted.
• Started a load of laundry, Cleaned up kitchen
• Realtors asst. brought over virtual tour cd's
• Showered, got ready for Ultrasound appt.
• Checked some blogs, ebay for baby stuff, surfed the internet
• Walked around the house taking pics for this project - noticed my big stash of Sassafras sitting on my desk and yearning to make something with it!!
• Off to the Doctor...got right in, which was unexpected since they squeezed my appt. in the day before.
• The ultrasound tech had lots of fun on my belly! Baby seems fine (but there's always that chance!! Do they say that to cover their you-kn0w-what's just in case something happens?). They showed me measuring almost 2 weeks bigger, baby is 2.5 lbs. today, and their est. due date was January 2nd. That's 12 days sooner than we were told. But nothing to worry about. He's probably just going to be a big boy.
• Daddy left appt. early to go pick up Bella and then back to me
• We then picked up Lauren from school and headed straight to the gym
• Walking on treadmill isn't fun anymore. It HURTS! I get bad back pain (like back labor pain) and major cramping. But gotta keep movin!!
• Home for dinner. Bella and Jamie went to town. Salads are going to be the staple around here since Jamie is officially on a diet -I mean LIFESTYLE CHANGE (guys don't diet, right?). Girls got to eat frozen dinners, since we're trying to use up what's in the freezer before we move!!
• Shower for the girls.
• Trying to catch a glimpse of The Biggest Loser...I cry everytime!
• Bedtime ritual - brush teeth, jammies, prayers, lots of kisses and cuddles.
• Me trying to bling up my blog...having zero luck and getting really ticked.
• Throwing in the towel at 9:51...early, I know!
