Calgon...take me away!
Just got back from the doctor...I was so close! He told me before he checked me that he'd keep me if I was 5 cent. dilated. I held my breath and hoped for a miracle!! But...no such luck. I was only at a 4 and 85% effaced. BUMMER. BIG BUMMER! I am still debby downer about it, but what can you do? My doc is very conservative and doesn't want to push nature. He's more concerned that if the baby is NOT coming on it's own, then that could mean that it's lungs are not developed fully. OK...I agree with that. I want what's best for the little guy, but this waiting game is getting the best of me :-( I wish I could take a happy pill for the next week. He did schedule me for induction on Monday if I don't go on my own before then. THat would only be 2 days ahead of schedule and he can live with that. Keep your fingers crossed and keep us in your prayers as this next week approaches. I'm off to pick up these cuties...yay for back to school!! They need the routine. Well, so do I! Happy Monday...

Hang in there...you're so close! I was going to get induced with Mikey too and he came like three days before! You just never know! Keep us updated :)
