A little inspiration and a lot of fun...

I saw that THIS COOL CHICK is doing a little challenge on her blog called embrace the camera. Go check it out. She's adorable and has really adorable kids. Since I've only got Jace home with me during the day, I decided to take a few shots with him. I love the light in his room right after he wakes up from his nap. He has a window that flows with natural sunlight. Plus, we haven't really finished his room (back when we painted) and his huge mirror is still leaning up against the wall (next to the window). I took a ton of pics in this mirror yesterday and here ya go...my take on Emily's challenge...

Well everyone...this is the last day of school for the Price girls. We've had such crazy weather today...torrential rains and wind. Sun for a few minutes and then hail. Oh and two different windows leaking a lot of water! And add to that major laundry, cleaning and packing for a family get-away to the Twin Cities for the weekend. We leave tonight on the train. Woohoo, this will be a first experience for our little family. Luckily we'll have two other families with us...and my parents are meeting us there in the morning.

Anyone else have big plans for the holiday weekend???
