We ended up taking a quick...and I mean QUICK...trip back to SA. I was originally going to take the girls back home for a while and check on things. I had lots of stuff to get (hangers, hampers, pillows, suitcases, cold weather clothes, etc.) do some touch up cleaning, make sure the yard got mowed, etc. We were gonna chill for a few days. Then at the last minute, the hubs decided to come with, but that meant we'd have to go and come right back. I was happy about that since I despise the drive there and back. I can do it, but it's not fun...at all!
We arrived at almost midnight. It was so nice to be in our house!! I miss it terribly. We were so happy to crash in our king size bed, too!! Saturday was full of running around and taking the girls to the Backyard Theater for the last show of the season...Snow White. We even stopped by 911 to say hi to the girls and grab some new Autumn Leaves paper. Back home to do some cleaning and organizing.
Woke up on Sunday to finish cleaning and packing up the car. Our realtor was having an open house at our place, so we had to have it spotless. We made it out just in time and were back on the road. Like I said, it was a whirlwind of a trip.
On our way back we saw a carnival going on in the cute little town of Lampassas. We stopped for a few rides, ice cream and delicious sweet tea. We all had a great time, but WOW was it blazing hot!! I thought I was going to pass out a few times.

What AL paper was this?? Did it just come in?? LOL I was just there a couple weeks back and only got a few things. Hadn't been since back in FEB...guess I missed all the good stuff :( Love your pics!! Especially the one of Lauren on the elephant ride where you can see the clouds...cool!! Well, TTYL :)
